Jamie Hickner has a Ph.D in American Studies and teaches in the English Department at Case Western Reserve University as an Anisfield-Wolf Fellow. Her courses focus on social justice literature, and she is currently editing a collection of essays on teaching Anisfield-Wolf Book Award writers.
